I absolutely adored my stay in the King Room Balcony, where stunning views of the lake and mountains surrounded me. Each morning, I enjoyed a steaming cup of coffee while relaxing on the balcony, soaking in the serene atmosphere. Not to mention, the customer service was top-notch, with Billy providing fantastic local dining recommendations that made my experience even more delightful.

We had a balcony suite, and even though it faced the road, the view of the mountains and lake was stunning. The bed was super plush, and I loved the shower—it felt like a mini spa experience! The room was clean and cozy, making it really relaxing to come back to after a day out. Just a heads up, though, the pet policy didn't seem to be enforced as well, which was a bit distracting at times.

We had a really nice stay! The staff were super friendly, and the pool by the lake was a highlight for us. Our room had a lovely view, too. Just wish there were more dining options. the menu at the bar was kinda limited. Overall, a comfy place to chill out for a couple nights!

The complimentary cookies at check-in were a lovely touch, and the outdoor fire tables provided a cozy space to relax. However, the dining options were limited, and a bit more variety would be appreciated.

The restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, making dining options feel restrictive, especially when seated away from the bar area, where seating is confined. Additionally, waiting for a table might take longer than expected due to the limited initial availability of seating.

The Doubletree in Hot Springs had a great location by the lake. I enjoyed the clean and well-kept areas, especially the fitness center. However, the hotel allowed many pets, which made my stay a bit uncomfortable as I’m not a big dog person. At times, I felt overwhelmed by the number of dogs around. The Wi-Fi was also frustrating. it barely worked, which was disappointing. I preferred to read outside the hotel rather than dealing with the weak signal. The common spaces lacked a bit of charm too, particularly in the evenings, making it hard to relax. My room had a nice view, but some of the furnishings felt outdated. Staff members were friendly and helpful, showing great service throughout my stay. The cookies at check-in were a nice touch, but not enough to really elevate the experience. With a few adjustments, this hotel could be even better.
